Clevedon Town scored late to salvage a draw against Buckland Athletic in the Jewson Western League.
The game, which ended 2-2, was a marked change from Clevedon's previous comprehensive 3-0 FA Vase win.
Both teams were in top form, but Clevedon struggled early on against a dominant Buckland.
Buckland took control quickly, with Ryan Bush opening the scoring 25 minutes in, heading in a cross from Sammy Stayt.
Six minutes later, Ryan Smith doubled Buckland's lead, capitalising on a free-kick mishap by Clevedon’s Sam Morcom.
However, Clevedon sprang into action after conceding two goals.
Lucas Vowles, back in the team after being cup-tied, scored in the 39th minute.
He managed to outmuscle Adam Hill after a long ball forward from Caleb Selway, beating Buckland’s keeper Adam Seedhouse-Evans.
The first half ended 2-1, with Clevedon pressing hard.
Freddie King’s deflected shot and Vowles’ attempt over the bar showed their intent, but Buckland’s Seedhouse-Evans was on form, clearing the ball for a corner just before half-time.
Buckland almost extended their lead straight after the break, but Clevedon quickly regained their rhythm.
Manager Alex White introduced substitutes, including James Tait, who had an immediate impact.
He was penalised for a challenge on Seedhouse-Evans but continued to apply pressure.
Tait's presence was felt when he set up Alex Camm, whose goal-bound header was spectacularly saved by Seedhouse-Evans.
The Buckland keeper was again on hand to save efforts from Vowles, and another Clevedon corner was cleared off the line.
Despite Clevedon's relentless pressure, Buckland's defence held firm until the 87th minute.
Tait burst forward, threading a pass to Freddie King, who found the back of the net to level the score.
Both teams had chances in 13 minutes of added time, but the match ended 2-2.
