Clevedon Town were dominant as they eased past Buckland Athletic to advance to the FA Vase third round.
The Seasiders won 3-0 in what has been touted as their most "comprehensive and professional" performance of the season.
Despite both clubs being close rivals in the Jewson Western League, Clevedon Town quickly took control of the match.
They brushed aside any initial reluctance about facing Buckland Athletic at this stage of the competition, and after 15 minutes, they were ahead.
The opening quarter of an hour was quiet, with both teams assessing each other.
Freddie King, however, soon began causing problems for the Buckland back line.
After King was fouled on the edge of the area, George King hit a free kick that bounced off the post, allowing Harrison Kyte to nod the ball past Buckland's keeper, Adam Seedhouse-Evans, putting Clevedon Town 1-0 up.
Five minutes later, Buckland found themselves trailing further behind.
George King sent a ball to the far post where Kyte was waiting to head in his second goal of the match.
With a two-goal cushion, the Seasiders played confidently and continued to press forward.
Seedhouse-Evans was kept busy, saving efforts from Freddie King and Syd Camper as Clevedon piled on the pressure.
Buckland, meanwhile, struggled to create any clear-cut chances, only managing to fashion a decent opportunity in first-half added time when James Rowe headed wide from a Sam Morcom cross.
This meant Clevedon Town went into the break leading by two goals to nil.
The second half saw Clevedon continue their dominance.
On 56 minutes, Freddie King added a third goal, capitalising on a defensive ricochet to plant the ball into the net.
As the game progressed, both sides made full use of their benches, causing the match to break up.
Buckland eventually found some momentum, with Clevedon keeper James Dunn needing to save efforts from Raphael Beadman and Ryan Bush.
Despite Buckland's late rally, Clevedon held firm, maintaining their clean sheet and securing a 3-0 victory.
This win sees Clevedon Town progress to the third round of the FA Vase, where they will face Andover New Street away on December 7.
Andover New Street, who are fourth in the Wessex League Premier Division, beat AFC St Austell 5-4 on penalties in their last round after a 2-2 draw after 90 minutes.
