Clevedon Ladies' 3s secured a convincing 3-0 away win against Mid Somerset Ladies' 2nds.
The visitors quickly took control of the match, forcing the home side into a series of defensive plays.
Despite repeated attempts from Clevedon's Vicky Ford and Emelia Gibson, the home goalkeeper managed to keep the scoreline untouched initially.
However, Clevedon's pressure paid off when Catherine Allen scored the opening goal.
With further assistance from Allen, Vicky Ford doubled the lead.
The home team’s goalkeeper continued to perform admirably, preventing further goals until halftime.
After the break, the home side had more possession, but Clevedon maintained their organisation, offering few chances.
Midway through the half, Allen scored her second goal, following a short corner, sealing the match at 3-0.
Clevedon Ladies' 3s will next face Avonmouth at Clevedon School on Saturday at 10.30am.
