Portishead Town Ladies A team beat unbeaten top-of-the-league Old Down in the Somerset Women's County League Cup third round.

They showed remarkable determination and skill, especially in the first half when they caught their opponents off guard.

Old Down's goalkeeper kicks were expertly blocked by the forwards, and Immy McCaw's brilliant one-on-one challenge and precise knock into the lower left-hand corner took Portishead into the lead.
