BACKWELL Skittles Team from The Wrington Vale League celebrated their 52-year anniversary on September 4 with a home match against West Town.
Doug Neilson, who played in the first match in 1972 and is still playing, was presented with an inscribed pint glass by captain Bob Davis.
Allan Watson received one for getting the highest score on the night.
