In the County League North 1, the Prom B team delivered a 64-56 victory over Clarence A.

Next, in the C&D Evening League, they eased past Long Ashton with an emphatic score of 105-57.

The Weston Over 55s Triples League saw a narrow defeat for Clevedon Promenade Bowling Club.

Victoria Vikings held the edge with a 128-103 win.

But sadly it was not all sunshine and rainbows for Clevedon Promenade Bowling Club, as the Clevedon and District Cup delivered a gut-wrenching blow.

Prom were defeated by Isle of Wedmore, finishing 92-114.
