Clevedon Cricket Club played Weston-super-Mare in the first of their T20 games at Dial hill before taking on Wellington later in the day.
In the Weston game Clevedon won the toss and decided to bat.
Openers Iraq Thomas hit 37 and Louie Woodland 44 as they paired up for 65 runs before Thomas’ dismissal.
Bayley Wiggins then scored 42, Nick Carpenter-Brooks 26 not out, and Matty Carps 17 not out as Clevedon posted 191 for 4.
In reply, Weston-super-Mare scored 111-8, with Mark Bibbing taking five wickets for 14 as Clevedon won by 80 runs.
In the second game Clevedon played Wellington and got their second T20 win of the weekend with a seven-wicket victory.
Wellington batting first and scoring 146-7.
Matty Carps took 3-23, Tyler Leaman took 2-22, Mark Bibbing 1-24, and Jack Banks completed the bowling performance with 1-37.
In reply Clevedon won in the last over with Tyler Leaman top scoring with 40 not out off of 26 balls.
Iraq Thomas and Louie Woodland both added 27 to the scoreline whilst Nick Carpenter went 25 not out to take Clevedon to the seven-wicket win.
