Clevedon Athletic Club members have been kept busy with a number of races around the country.
The conditions were good as Clevedon Athletic Club members Marie Lochrie and Donna Davies both ran 2.02.38 at the Chippenham Half Marathon.
The fine conditions continued for the fast, flat course around the Oldbury Power Station for the 10-mile race where Steve Wood finished in 1.04.10, Tom Abrahams 1.08.16 and Sally Richards 1.23.58.
Six members travelled to Newcastle-upon-Tyne to take part in the iconic Great North Run which saw more than 40,000 competitors finish the half marathon route.
Congratulations go to Alex Crossland (1.15.40), Paul Bird (1.29.52), Simon Smith (1.38.57), Simon Hancock (1.40.31), Kevin Neads (1.53.52) and Nicole Skippins (2.06.43).

There was a fantastic team effort from Simon Hawkes, Nicole Skippins, Jason Moss, Simon Smith, Chris and Donna Davies as they took part in the Uphill to Wells relay.
This six-leg off road relay follows the footpaths and bridleways along the West Mendip Way starting at Uphill beach and finishing at Wells Cathedral.
