People all over the world were glued to their TV sets to watch Prince Harry and Meghan Markle tie the knot in Windsor.
Street parties were held in Clevedon, where neighbours got together to enjoy some food, and some dressed up as wedding guests and the royals.

Village greens made great places for people to celebrate on, with festivities taking place in Yatton and Wrington.
There were delicious cakes on sale in Wrington, along with live music and an inflatable slide to provide a proper party atmosphere.

Even before the wedding took place, nurseries gave children the chance to learn about the royal family before they tucked into some British classics, including fish and chips and jelly and ice cream.
