A GREEK island has been added to the list of destinations holiday makers can fly to from Bristol Airport.
Jet2 has revealed that flights to Leros, an island with “sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters” will be available from next summer.
The airline said the expansion of its programme is in response to strong demand for Greek holidays.
Customers can reach Leros via Kos Airport, with up to three services a week departing from Bristol Airport in the summer of 2025.

Customers travelling with Jet2holidays have ferry and shuttle transfers included.
A statement from Jet2 said Leros is known for its “crystal-clear waters, sandy beaches and peaceful atmosphere, making it the ultimate pick for a relaxing, go-slow summer holiday.”
“Leros also boasts the opportunity to take in three different snapshots of the island through the capital, Platanos, with its ridge of hills and clusters of windmills; Agia Marina – offering traditional residences, stately homes and architecture; and Panteli, a traditional fishing village,” it said.
Rupert Lawrie, Commercial Director at Bristol Airport said the new destination adds more choice for customers in the local area who are looking to travel to new places.
“We are delighted that Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are extending the destinations available from Bristol Airport for Summer 2025,” he said.
“The Greek Island of Leros adds even more choice and flexibility for customers in the region wanting to fly from their local airport and explore a new destination.
“We look forward to continuing to work with Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, so our customers can explore even more beautiful places.”
