Richard Sibley's letter - worried about 'capital reserves for North Somerset Council to cope during a war with Russia, whilst our youngest and fittest taxpayers are sent to war'?
I'm afraid that he's living in the past!
Any war with Mad Vlad and his associates would involve mutual destruction and NSC desks would be vacated long before that!
No need to worry about council tax - we would all be radioactive dust by then!
