I live in Chestnut Close, Congresbury, and the Brinsea Road outside my home is gridlocked for 90 per cent of the day, so what is going to happen now that the plans to build houses in Land Off Venus Street, Congresbury, have been approved?

Although it’s 70 houses instead of 90, where are all those families going to get a doctor's appointment?

We no longer have a doctor's surgery, and where are the children going to go to school?

Also, you only have to drive down Park Road to see nearly every house there has widened their front garden and either block paved or tarmacked them to take three cars, then there are even work vans parked in the road outside, so there are going to be a minimum of between 180 and 210 more cars coming out of Park Road every day trying to get onto Brinsea Road!

And also, has anyone done a survey to see how much longer the sewers and drains can take all the new houses?
