Children at The Nursery in Portishead celebrated autumn by exploring everything pumpkins.
Activities this week featured pumpkin carving, cooking, and painting.
Strategic manager, Natalie Konarzewska, said: "We tend to celebrate autumn rather than Halloween here at The Nursery on October 31.
"However, the children were invited to come along in whatever costumes they wanted to and many of them chose Halloween as their theme."
She added: "The children were so excited to explore the pumpkins and discover what was inside.

"We have also been on plenty of nature walks to see the changing colours of the leaves and discussed harvest time"
