PORTISHEAD residents are invited to attend a Bus Service Improvement Plan (BSIP) meeting.
It will take place on Tuesday, October 15 at 7.15pm in The Folk Hall.
This meeting will provide a valuable opportunity for residents to have their say and input into the Portishead Transport Hub plans.
The meeting will include a recap of the presentation delivered by North Somerset Council (NSC) officers at the Portishead Town Council Meeting on September 11 and will be followed by a Q&A session.
A Portishead Town Council spokesperson said: “Residents will be able to share their thoughts, ask questions, and offer suggestions regarding bus services in the area.
“Councillors will also be on hand to capture feedback, which will be relayed to NSC ahead of their forthcoming discussions with consultants.
“Please be aware that this meeting is not replacing the Residents Bus Meeting, which is taking place on November 14 at 4pm.
“The purpose of the meeting is to ensure that residents’ voices are heard and their local knowledge is considered in the ongoing improvement project.
“Your input can help shape better, more efficient bus services for Portishead and the surrounding areas.
“We encourage all interested residents to attend and contribute to this important discussion.
“For any suggestions or comments, please email enquiries@portishead.gov.uk or call 01275 847 078.”
