CADBURY Hall Care Home in Yatton have hosted an afternoon team to raise money for Weston Hospicecare in memory of resident John Pays.

Weston Hospicecare was founded in 1989 by a small group of people associated with Christ Church in Montpelier with the vision of better for those in need of end-of-life care.

For over 30 years, health professionals at Weston Hospicecare have been giving palliative care to people in Weston-super-Mare and Northern Somerset completely free of charge.
