A NORTH Somerset school said they are “deeply proud” of their Year 11 achievements.

Students and staff at St Katherine’s School in Ham Green celebrated the positive outcome of their GCSE exams.

A spokesperson for the school said: “Congratulations to each Year 11 student on their results and personal achievements.

“Students have fought hard to overcome hurdles at the start of their secondary education and have today been rewarded for their hard work, determination and commitment to prove what they are capable of achieving.

“We are deeply proud of their achievements and grateful for the unwavering support from families and our committed staff at St Katherine’s who provided exceptional support and education to our young people.
