AN ART masterclass is returning to Cadbury House where enthusiasts have the opportunity to brush up on their painting skills.

Having proved popular in the spring, it will take place on September 14.

Becky Milnor, a sought-after nature artist, will conduct a live painting workshop, sharing the techniques that have made her a favourite in the industry.

She is renowned for incorporating gold leaf into her work and attendees can expect to see her transform a blank canvas into a radiant piece of art.

After the demonstration, participants will have the chance to create their own artwork using the techniques they've just learned.

Matilda Burgess, marketing manager at Cadbury House, said: "We’re delighted to hold another art masterclass with Becky.

"The event in April sold out and was really well received by those who came along.

"To watch a master at work and then enjoy a delicious afternoon tea in our Marco Pierre White restaurant is a date not to be missed.

"Marco was an artist when it came to serving food, so it seems appropriate that this event is being held in the Garden Room of his restaurant."

Once the painting session concludes, guests will be served an afternoon tea, complete with a glass of fizz.

This will provide an opportunity to admire Ms Milnor's artwork, as well as the creations of fellow participants.

Cadbury House is also planning a pre-Christmas art masterclass for those seeking inspiration for unique gifts.

The November date is set for November 9, with both sessions running from 10.30am to 3.30pm.
