For the first time, dog owners in Clevedon can buy Butternut Box, a fresh dog food brand, at Pets at Home.

From September 23, the fresh food range, known for its human-quality meat and vegetables, is available in Pets at Home Clevedon, and 49 other Pet Care Centres across the country.

The launch follows a survey revealing that nearly half of UK dog owners struggle to name more than three ingredients in their pet's food.

Butternut Box’s diverse range includes meals like the Pork This Way and Chicken You Out, all of which are carefully cooked and balanced for dogs of every age.

Each recipe is sold in a single 400g pouch for £3.79, while a seven-meal Variety Box featuring four recipes and a low-fat Chicken Box are also on offer for £24.99.

The dog food brand, a European market leader, asserts that fresh food leads to stronger gut health, healthier skin and shinier coats in dogs.

It claims that 84 per cent of their customers have noticed an improvement in their dog’s health after feeding them Butternut Box's fresh food.

This availability of the brand at Pets at Home marks a significant move towards their mission of revamping dog nutrition.
