STREET Food Warehouse are thrilled to announce that Somerset Street Food Festival will be making a triumphant return to Lake Grounds in Portishead for three days this July.

From Friday 12 to Sunday 14 residents be treated to a weekend of great food, entertainment and family fun.

Over 20 top street food traders will serve cuisines from across the world in the heart of Portishead where you can feast on anything from burgers to bao buns and churros to crepes.

This year the festival will be even bigger, better and tastier with more traders, market stalls and fun for all ages.

They will also be introducing some fun new additions to the entertainment scene to jazz up the weekend vibes, more to be announced soon.

Street Food Warehouse are the team behind some of the finest street food festivals across the Welsh and South West coasts.

From Devon to Swansea and Plymouth to Aberystwyth, they have cemented their reputation by hosting successful events for over seven years.

Now, they are bringing their #SummerOfStreetFood tour back to Portishead for three days of foodie heaven.

Here’s what they had to say about the festival: “Portishead Street Food Festival was a huge success last year and we are so excited to return with a bigger festival and more delicious food.

“Sharing some of the best street food from across the UK with locals and holidaymakers in such a stunning setting is a treat.

“The festival is a fantastic opportunity for visitors to sample new and exciting cuisines, tuck into their old favourites and help us provide a platform for up-and-coming talents on the food scene.

“The people of Somerset have proved they have a huge appetite for high-quality food and we’re happy to return for another three days of fun.”

Fans will be delighted to know that Bristol-based TNT Tacos will be joining us with their sensational Mexican tacos.

They pride themselves on a free-range, ethical, and sustainable menu that is entirely gluten-free.

Dive into their delicious Carnitas, packed with pork shoulder, slaw, ancho salsa, coriander salsa, and habanero and pickled onion salsa for a trip straight to Mexico. 

Their vegan version, the Jacknitas, will also be available.

South West locals Barbican Bao will be on hand to serve up some of the fluffiest steamed buns packed with bold, flavour-fusion fillings.

Their Char Siu BBQ Pulled Pork Bao is a crowd favourite for a reason, but they also have a fantastic Teriyaki Mushroom option for any vegans looking for a bite to eat.

Dessert lovers, you’re in for a treat too as they’ve packed the line-up with everything from crepes to churros General entry tickets to Somerset Street Food Festival are free, but will be required to gain entry to the event.

Tickets will be available on the door, but pre-booking is advised.
