Jet2.com and Jet2holidays has been named as Which? Travel Brand of the Year.

It marks the third consecutive year the airline, which operates out of Bristol Airport, has been named a recommended provider.

The UK's largest tour operator won the coveted title for providing industry-leading products and customer service to holidaymakers.

The award ceremony recognised brands exceeding customer expectations.

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays also secured the award for industry leadership in travel; this marks the fourth time in seven years they garnered this recognition.

The Which? Awards, considered the voice of UK consumers, celebrates brands providing superb services and products.

This year judges evaluated brands based on value for money, outstanding products and customer service.

Judges employ thorough criteria for their verdict; brands' performance in Which? testing, reliability, customer's real-time experiences surveys, and results of Which investigations are all taken under consideration.

This rigorous process ensures shortlisted brands are top-tier in their respective fields.

Jet2’s brands bagged recognition as a Which? Recommended Provider in seven categories.

These categories include: Airlines, Beach and Resort Holiday Providers, All Inclusive Holiday Providers, Family Holiday Providers, Solo Holiday Providers, City Breaks, and Villas and Holiday Lets Abroad.

Steve Heapy, CEO of Jet2.com and Jet2holidays, said: "The Which? Awards are the ultimate recognition of customer-centric brands that provide the best products and customer service, so to be awarded Which? Travel Brand of the Year for three years running is a remarkable demonstration of our industry leadership when it comes to looking after our customers.

"We are enormously proud of this latest accolade.

"Our team sets the benchmark for exceptional customer service and it is great that their hard work has been recognised by customers and experts at Which?

"I’d like to thank our customers for their loyalty and our colleagues for their hard work."

Which? chief executive, Anabel Hoult, said: "Jet2’s high-quality service means it has far better customer scores and star ratings than its main rivals and this is why we’ve named it the Best Travel Brand for the third year running.

"Congratulations to Jet2 on its win.

"The Which? Awards judging standards are incredibly high, so to be named as a winner is a huge achievement - something only achieved by the best of the best."
