A community gardening group in Nailsea is actively looking for more members to join them.
Nailsea in Bloom maintains seasonal planters and summer garden beds around the town.
The added perk of joining the group is the coffee social gatherings they have, providing an opportunity to make new friends.
Wendy Mobbs, a member for more than a decade, said: "We are a really friendly sociable group of people who enjoy gardening and making Nailsea flower beds look so lovely all year around.
"We are actively seeking new volunteers to join the group, so if you love flowers and gardening like we do and would like to help by joining us, please contact me on 07855 037555 or email me on wendy.mobbs@outlook.com.
"When we are not making up the flowers we often meet up for a coffee in the town and hold regular catch ups.
"So, it’s a great opportunity for you to make new friends and enjoy socialising together with us.”
