Mizzymead Recreation Club, located centrally in Nailsea, will be playing host to a fun-filled open day on Sunday, May 5.
A mere five-minute walk from the city centre, this family-friendly club is set to welcome guests with open arms.
The club offers a range of activities, courtesy of its resident outdoor and indoor Bowls Clubs, Tennis Club, Snooker Club, and Bridge Club.
Those who choose to become members of the Mizzymead Recreation Club also have reduced rates on bar prices, as well as access to the pool table, table tennis, darts, skittles, and function room hire.
The scheduled open day activities, will run from 11am to 5pm, and include a bouncy castle, ice cream, face painting, live music, and a BBQ.
Children’s entertainment is also planned for the day, ensuring a wholesome entertainment package for the family.
Visitors can secure a time slot either in advance or on the day for tennis and bowls, with coach guidance on hand.
Anyone looking for a more active experience can give cardio tennis a shot, test their serve speed with club radar, or roll a bowl on the manicured green.
