A CRIMINAL Behaviour Order has been slapped on an elderly man with a history of ignoring court rulings to stop feeding pigeons in Clevedon.
Nicholas Momber, 69, of Elton Road, pleaded guilty to two offences when he appeared at North Somerset Magistrates' Court.
He breached a community protection order by depositing loose feed at the town's sailing club on the seafront between Christmas Eve last year and January 2.
Magistrates handed him a two-year Criminal Behaviour Order banning him from depositing loose feed in Queen's Square, around the war memorial and sailing club and in or around residential properties.
Momber was also fined £80 and ordered to pay a £64 victim surcharge and £250 costs.
He was fined a further £200 for leaving feed by the war memorial and on the grassy area in Elton Road.
