Portishead Town Council are looking for residents to get involved with the future of Slade Road field.
It comes after the field was removed from the building development list by North Somerset Council last month, much to local delight.
The area is not yet publicly accessible
The town council, alongside Wild Portishead and the West of England Nature Partnership, is eager to involve residents in the project.
