Jet2holidays is reporting record breaking levels of demand for holidays.
The flight operator, working out of Bristol Airport, notes a significant increase in bookings.
Between Boxing Day and January 5, bookings rose about 150 per cent compared to pre-Christmas figures.
The surge covers both summer 2024 bookings and last-minute slots for this winter.
Among the favoured destinations are the Canaries, Balearics, Mainland Spain, Turkey, Greece, Cyprus, Portugal, Italy, Malta and Bulgaria.
A key trend is customers planning stays beyond the traditional seven, 10 and 14 night breaks.
Jet2holidays CEO Steve Heapy said: "The best rooms, best hotels and best destinations are booking fast, so book before they are gone!"
The company's standing as a Which? Recommended Provider for both Family Holidays and All-Inclusive Holidays has further stimulated interest.
Free Child Place Holidays offer an attractive proposition for families, while All-Inclusive bookings have also seen a considerable boost.
Rising numbers also come after an exclusive offer launched on Boxing Day which entitles customers to £50 per person off all holidays.
MyJet2 account holders can enjoy even more savings with £60 off per person.
This represents potential savings of up to £100 for couples and up to £200 for a family of four (£120 off and £240 off for MyJet2 members respectively).
Even as Jet2holidays celebrates its post-Boxing Day success, the company is braced for a busy weekend owing to the anticipated ‘Sunshine Saturday’.
This day is expected to spur even more bookings.
As top rooms, hotels, and destinations are filling up fast, the advice is to quickly book before they run out.
