A NORTH Somerset Indian takeaway has been rated as 'generally satisfactory' following a food hygiene inspection.
Curry House, located in Pill's Pump Square, was inspected on November 16, 2023. The business received a three out of five score.
Under hygienic food handling, the company was rated as 'good'. Meanwhile, the business was deemed 'generally satisfactory' when it came to the cleanliness and condition of the facilities and the building, as well as the management of food safety.
A North Somerset Council spokesperson said: “We visited the Curry House in Pill for a routine inspection on November 16.
"The premise was rated ‘three’ meaning food hygiene standards were found to be ‘generally satisfactory’ at the time of the inspection."
Curry House prides itself on offering delicious dishes using local ingredients. It's website reads: "At Curry House Indian Takeaway in Pill, Bristol, we prepare our dishes with specially selected ingredients and fresh herbs and spices sourced from local suppliers.
"Our Chef carefully prepares each dish with the care and attention required to give the dish that special unique flavour."
Curry House has been contacted for a comment.
