A NAILSEA café bar has been purchased by new owners.
Coates House, which describes itself as "your friendly, local, neighbourhood café bar in the heart of Nailsea", can be found on 91 High Street.
Current owners James Murray and Simon Extance have sold the business to new owners Emma and Terry, who will take over on Monday, January 8.
Posting on Facebook, James and Simon said: "2024 spells the end of our ownership of Coates House.
"We would like to thank all of our staff (past and present), suppliers & customers for their support over the last seven years. It’s been a rollercoaster!
"Don’t fret, the business has been bought by Emma & Terry who take over on the 8th of January. We wish them all the best in building on what we’ve created here in Nailsea.
"Hawkes House continues to operate so if you miss us that much, come and visit us in Thornbury!
"Thanks again, we are open as usual all of this week and look forward to seeing you all to say our goodbyes."
