FAMILIES, staff and supporters of Charlton Farm hospice were treated with a royal visit today (Thursday, December 14).
The Wraxall hospice, which provides a home-from-home for families of children and young people with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions, was visited by Queen Camilla this afternoon.

The North Somerset site was the only one of the charity's three hospices she was yet to visit.
the Queen was given a tour of the hospice, including the Care Corridor, family rooms, and some of the activity rooms, which include a sensory room, games room, music room and playroom for siblings.
Accompanied by Eddie Farwell (co-founder and chief executive, CHSW) and Allison Ryder (director of care, Charlton Farm),
Her visit ended by turning on the Christmas tree lights and giving out decorations to the children.
