A DRIVER has received a fine and three points on their licence for "driving without due care."
In May this year, the offence, which took place on the A369 Easton-in-Gordano near Portishead, was captured on #JourneyCam by a cyclist.
The driver pleaded guilty by post, heard at Bath Magistrates' Court in November.
They were fined £195 and three points on their licence.

They also had to pay £110 in costs anda £78 victim surcharge.
Posting on Twitter, a spokesperson from the ASPolice Roads Policing (RPU) team said: "Driving without due care offence captured on #JourneyCam by a cyclist on the A369, Easton in Gordano near Portishead back in May this year.
