HIGHWAY maintenance work on the B3130 Clevedon Road in Tickenham is due to start today (Monday, November 20).
The drainage works will need to be completed under temporary two-way traffic signals. The works will be carried out between 8am and 5pm, but the signals will be in operation 24 hours a day.
At peak times, these lights will be controlled manually to minimise disruption.
A post made on the North Somerset Travel and Roads Facebook page reads: "B3130 Clevedon Road, Tickenham - Highway maintenance work.
"Phase one works start today.
"These drainage works will be completed under temporary two-way traffic signals which will be in operation 24 hours a day, with works taking place between 8am - 5pm.
"The lights will be manually controlled at peak times to reduce disruption.
"We thank you in advance for your patience while we carry out these works."
