Coates House, which describes itself as "your friendly, local, neighbourhood café bar in the heart of Nailsea", can be found on 91 High Street.
The business, formally called The Queens Head, is owned by James Murray and Simon Extance. It being marketed by Fleurets Limited for £550,000.
The property's description on Rightmove reads: "The property comprises an attractive two-storey, end-of-terrace public house of brick construction with rendered elevations under a pitched tile roof.
"The original building has been extended to the rear with single-storey additions to accommodate further trading space and storage.
"Internally, the property has a main bar area to the front of the building, with a dining/seating area to the rear.
"Ancillary and manager’s accommodation is located at first floor and roof level.
"Externally, there are separate seating areas to the front and rear of the building, with potential to extend the ground floor trading areas into the rear courtyard."
