PRIOR approval is being sought to change the use of offices to create 12 new flats at Unit A on Estune Business Park, Long Ashton.
The planning application was validated on Tuesday, November 7.
The offices, which have been vacant for over three months, are currently located on the ground floor and first floor. If approved, these would be transformed into apartments.
The planning statement, submitted by Town and Country Planning Development Consultants, reads: "Each habitable room of these proposed apartments will have at least one window. There are no adjacent buildings which would result in overshadowing.
"The site lies in a highly sustainable location to the south of Bristol City Centre. Furthermore, Estune Business Park includes a car park adjacent to the building, which also includes cycle parking facilities. As a result, there is not considered to be a greater need for car parking than the existing office space."
