GREENSLADE Taylor Hunt held a bumper collective land and property sale at The Aldwick Estate, North Somerset, which saw a total of 14 lots go under the hammer.
A packed auction room together with online bidders ensured a successful sale throughout.
A number of lots sold well in excess of their guide prices including 8.87 acres of orchard land at Winscombe achieving £250,00, 3.04 acres of land with pond going for £91,000, 1.74 acres of land at Burton Row, Brent Knoll, reaching a sale price of £116,000 and 2.62 acres at Kenn Road, Kenn, Clevedon fetching £67,000.
Auctioneer Robert Baker said: “It was great to have a packed room of potential buyers, which led to a number of lots selling well in excess of their guide prices and surpassing all expectations.
