A COMPANY based in a village near Clevedon has been fined for failing to provide information requested by the police.
Thermascreed Ltd, of Clevedon Road, Tickenham, pleaded not guilty to the charge at North Somerset Magistrates' Court.
Company director Keelan Ross Dudbridge was named in the case, which involved a charge of failing to supply details of the driver of a vehicle alleged to have committed an offence.
Magistrates found the case proved and issued a fine of £50, along with a victim surcharge of £20 and a £300 contribution towards the Crown Prosecution Service's costs.
The total bill of £370 must be paid by the end of this month.
