A PAEDOPHILE from Portishead is due to be sentenced for his crimes on Friday (September 1).
Mark Hemus is set to appear before a judge at Isleworth Crown Court to hear his fate.
He has previously pleaded guilty to arranging or facilitating the commission of the sexual assault of a child.
He has also admitted breaching his sexual harm prevention order.
Hemus was arrested after arranging to meet an individual at a hotel near Heathrow who had access to a child for sexual purposes.
The case follows an investigation carried out by the National Crime Agency.
Hemus had been due to appear in court for sentencing on two previous occasions earlier this year, but both hearings were put back.
He has a record of previous offences relating to possessing indecent images of children.
