Whist Drives, organised by Nailsea & Backwell Rotary Club, is now established as a local feature are meeting up once again this summer to lift the winter blues.
The Whist Drives will meet at the Nailsea Tithe Barn on Thursday, September 21 between the times of 2.00pm and 4.30pm and entry is £3.
There are future dates planned this autumn and will be held on October 19 and November 16, with each event running on Thursday.
Anyone is welcome to turn up on any of those dates and will be assured of a warm welcome.
Whist Drives are an event for the elderly and is a social gathering to meet new friends, play an English trick-taking card game and have coffee/tea and cake.
