A NORTH Somerset driver in a hurry has admitted two motoring offences.
Carl George Morgan, 39, of Mendip Close,Yatton North, pleading guilty at North Somerset Magistrates' Court to jumping a red light and speeding.
The court heard he failed to stop at a red light in Newbridge Road, Bath, on October 19 last year.
That earned him a £40 fine and three penalty points on his driving licence.
For speeding in a 30mph zone on the A4 Portway, near Barrow Hill, he was fined £80 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £110 costs, as well as being given a further four penalty points.
