A new cocktail bar, restaurant and community event space will open in Clevedon Triangle later this month.
Brink, from the team behind Feast, is the second venue from restaurateurs Danny Donovan and Sam Elsender and will be situated next door to their sister venue on Old Church Road.
Initially offering seasonal small plates made using locally sourced ingredients, alongside a drinks menu of cocktails, Brink will be a place to eat, drink and enjoy live music from local DJs and bands in the centre of Clevedon, and is due to open its doors for the first time on Friday July 21.
“Brink has been a concept we’ve been thinking about for a long time, and we’re so excited to finally be able to bring it to Clevedon," said Mr Donovan.
"We want to be a space for everyone, and want to offer somewhere to socialise, enjoy great food and drink, enjoy some live music and have a great quality, affordable visit."
Feast, began in lockdown as a takeaway service in Yatton. Following the overwhelming success of the takeaway, Feast moved to Old Church Road last year, and is now known and loved for their classic American-style burgers, loaded dirty fries, shakes, desserts and cocktails.
Brink is set to will bring the same high standards of food and drink, but will also have a strong community focus, offering a semi-private event space for locals to host meet-ups, networking events and workshop.
Diners can expect delicious small plates - perfect for enjoying alongside their range of cocktails, with ingredients sourced from multiple local suppliers including bakeries and greengrocers, in keeping with their local community spirit.
Brink also houses a retail space, which Danny and Sam will be offering to local, start-up businesses on a free short term basis to enable up and coming businesses to take their first step on their journey without having to spend money on business rates and rent.
“We’ve always wanted to bring a taste of the city to Clevedon without people having to travel too far or spend too much, and Brink will bring something a little bit of affordable luxury to the town," Mr Donovan added.
"We can’t wait to meet all of our new locals and for it to become a real community hub for Clevedon.”
Brink will initially be open from 12-11pm Friday, Saturday and Sunday, but opening hours will be extended after the initial opening period.
