A FREE-of-tie village pub in North Somerset has been put up for sale.
The Queen Adelaide, in Blagdon, is currently trading as an Indian restaurant.
But the agents at BusinessesForSale.com say it can easily be run as a pub.
Alternatively, there is scope to introduce Thai, Chinese, Bangladeshi, Japanese, Greek and/or Italian food.
A spokesperson for BusinessesForSale.com said there are no business rates to pay and there is a "very low rent" of £15,000 per annum.
The premises comes with three-bedroom private accommodation with living room and bathroom and a garden-size balcony with views to Blagdon Lake, making it suitable for someone who loves the rural lifestyle.
The business in a high street location is offered on a negotiable lease of £35,000 to include fixtures and fittings.
