AGE UK Somerset has launching a new dance-based exercise session in Clevedon.
The class, called Strictly Seniors, is specially designed for people aged over 60.
The session, led by instructor Hannah who has experience in latin dancing, combines salsa and rhumba styles of movement.
Starting on February 23, the weekly class will be delivered at Kenn Road Methodist Church, Thursdays at 2pm, £5 per class.
Pre-booking is essential to secure your place.
Marilyn and Karge, from Hannah’s Movement to Music class in Portishead said: “Our general well-being and physical fitness is always improved particularly after endeavouring to master the Charleston.”
If you don't have someone to go with, don't worry. There will be plenty of people at the classes, allowing you to mix with other like-minded people.
Please wear comfortable clothes and suitable shoes to dance in.
