CLEVEDON Baptist Church is set to host its next 'Good News' event.
On February 9, people from all walks of life are encouraged to come together to mingle and reminisce on good old times.
The event is mainly catered to people who are aged 60+, but everyone is welcome.
The event, which is held on the second Wednesday of every month, started when lockdown was lifted in 2021.
At the time, people still had to social distance, but enjoyed the fact that they were able to get out of the house and socialise with like-minded people.
Now, it is estimated that a regular crowd of 60 people attend the event.
Each programme includes seven or eight items following a theme for that month.
People are encouraged to share their personal stories, watch short video clips, and listen to nostalgic music.
There is no charge, no collection, and no need to book; you can just turn up.
