Passed away on Tuesday 29th October 2024, aged 85 years.Very much loved wife to John, Mum to Sue and Grandma to Hannah and Sam.
At her request, there will be a closed cremation.
Pat was a lovely lady with a big heart and an even bigger smile who made friends wherever she went. She will be sorely missed by everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her.
Rest in Peace.
