WEEKS Graham Sadly passed away at home on Wednesday 19th June 2024. Adored and loved husband of Steph. Wonderful father and hero to Natasha, Jessica & Thomas. Strong and brave until the end. His love and kindness has left us with treasured memories and we will forever love him to the moon and back. A service to celebrate and remember his life will be held at South Bristol Crematorium on Wednesday 17th July at 12pm.
