SHORT Raymond Passed away in Santo Domingo, Santa Rosa, Philippines on August 21st (GMT) 2023 aged 69 years, after a long and courageous battle with illness. Dearly loved husband to Layla. Son of the late Robert and Miriam. Devoted father to daughter Hayley and cherished brother to Melanie, Chris and Gary. Kind, generous, funny and driven - he fought until the end and will be greatly missed by all.
