WEEKS Lisa (nee Fordham) Passed away peacefully after a long illness on the 14th August aged 55 years. A kind and loving Wife, Mother, Daughter, Sister and friend, she will be greatly missed by all who knew her. The Funeral Service will be held on Friday 8th September at 3:45pm at South Bristol Crematorium, Bridgwater Road, Bedminster Down, BS13 7AS.
