CLARK RACHEL (nee Shepstone) passed away on 29th January, 2018 in Southmead Hospital aged 47 years. Dearly loved mum, daughter and sister who will be greatly missed by Lee, Jake, Evie, Kath, John and Lee. Funeral service South Bristol Crematorium Thursday 22nd February at 10.00am. Family flowers only donations if desired to Southmead and Papworth Hospitals c/o Keith C. Britton & Son, Funeral Directors, 10 High Street, Yatton BS49 4JA.
