MALTBY DAVID passed away peacefully at home on Wednesday 27th June 2018. A much loved Husband, Father and Grandfather who will be sadly missed by all of us. Funeral at Canford Crematorium on Friday 13th July at 11.15am. We would like to thank the Doctors at Portishead Health Centre and the District Nurses who were brilliant. Also the carers who have helped care for Dave for the past year.
