POWELL DAVID (Dave) “Man in the HAT” passed away peacefully at home aged 88 years on 22nd November 2018. He will be sadly missed by Doreen and all his family and friends. Funeral Service will take place on Friday 7th December, 12.30 pm at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium. At Dave’s request no black to be worn, please wear colourful clothing.
