CHAPMAN JOHN. Sadly passed away on the 21st of August, 2019 aged 89 years. Deeply loved and greatly missed by his wife Margaret and children Sally, Derek, Tim, Nick, Mary, grandchildren, great grandchildren and their families. The service is to be held at Weston-super-Mare Crematorium on Wednesday the 11th of September at 11.30am. Family flowers only please, donations if desired in John’s memory to Southmead Hospital Charity c/o Clevedon Funeral Services, 41 Old Street, Clevedon, BS21 6DA. The family wish to thank Southmead Hospital Ward 32A.
