JERVIS PATRICIA GRACE past away peacefully on Thursday 12th September, 2019 aged 87 years with her sons Greg and Nick both by her side. Reunited with John, she will be sadly missed by all her family and friends. Funeral service to be held on Friday 4th October, 12.45pm at South Bristol Crematorium.
